“Teacher, what is the greatest command in the Torah?’ Yishu told him, Love YHWH Aloheka with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first command. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commands hang the Torah and the prophets.”

“There is no love greater than this: that someone lay down their life for the sake of their friends.”

YHWH Yishu greatly demonstrated the love of the first and great command, as well as the second and new command while He was suffering and dying on the cross. He did this in obedience to His Father, for He said, “Not My will, but Yours be done.” YHWH Yishu also did this for you and I, as He said, “The Son of man did not come to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for the sake of many.”

All praise be to our Loving Heavenly Father. He has commanded us to do the same, for He said, “A new command I give you: love one another. As I have loved you, you also love one another. By this everyone will know you are my disciples: if you have love for one another.” For “just as Mosha lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man is going to be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. For Alohim loved the world in this way: that He would give His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life […]”

They said to Him, “What must we do to perform the works of Alohim? Yishu answered them, “This is the work of Alohim: to believe in the One that He sent.”

Believe in Him today.
